I have a lot of new things coming this year.
Shipping
Please make sure your address is correct. I ship to the address provided or USPS suggested address.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class (which includes tracking) unless Priority Mail is chosen at checkout.
First Class Mail usually takes about 3-7 days for orders to arrive for U.S.
Priority Mail usually takes 2-4 days to arrive for U.S. Mail times are never a guarantee only an average estimate.
International Orders can vary from an average of 2-3 weeks up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Since Covid-19 USPS has experienced delays for a variety of reasons. I do not have any control over a package once it has shipped. I am not responsible / liable for delayed or lost mail. All orders ship with tracking information and you can call USPS 1-800-275-8777 or contact your local post office.
I will file a mail search on your behalf if you contact me after your package has been sitting with no tracking updates for 5 days.

Product size information is included in the item listing. Any questions, please ask.
Shipping Information
•All order are shipped with ETSY shipping labels to the address provided on the order, unless ETSY suggests an address confirmed by USPS.
• Shipping times. First class is an average of 3-7 days while priority is 2-4 days.
In these difficult times, the Usps may have Shipping delays.
If your package says delivered and you have not received it. Please allow up to 5 additional days for delivery.
If your package says in transit with no updates, please be patient as there have been delays.
If your package is still missing after 5 days or sitting with no tracking updates after 5 business days, please contact me.
I will submit a search inquiry with USPS. If not resolved after 30 days, I will grant a refund for lost mail.
My Badge Reel broke, what should I Do?
I have taken time to test different badge reel brands for the one that I feel is most durable. My bases have an excellent rating for durability and pulling quality.
If for any reason your badge reel should break within 7 days of delivery (delivery date shown on tracking) a replacement of the same or similar can be sent.
Cancelations, Refunds and Exchanges
Cancelations are not accepted. If there is an issue with shipping address or drop down menu options, please contact me.
I am able to change shipping addresses, please notify me right away.
Refunds.
Items that arrive broken or damaged will not be refunded 24 hours after delivery. For Items that break within 7 days of delivery, a replacement of the same or similar will be sent. You must contact me within 7 days. More info available in FAQ.
Exchanges are not accepted. I will only cancel an incorrect order, and you have the option to purchase again.
Missing item(s)
Sometimes I make mistakes. If you are missing an item from your order a refund will be granted. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery to receive.
Sales and Coupons
I do run sales, mainly around the holidays.
Coupon Codes.
I have 3 coupon codes available. Simply like my shop, favorite an item or leave an item in your cart. Etsy automatically sends you a coupon code for a percentage off.
Codes never expire, and can be used as much as you like. Only one code per transaction.
