she is beautiful. she is small and delicate and the seller expertly packed her to survive any type of unnatural disaster usps could create. because they took their sweet time she will now be a new year's angel on our tree, where she is now standing on the shoulders of the fontanini gloria angel. one can never have too many angels. anyway, she looks like the pic, seller was excellent, and i love her. 5 angelic glittery stars. thank you. :) pic to be added when i can get a good one. edit. jan.3.

How I Decided to open an Etsy shop...
I fell in love with vintage items 25 years ago and decided back then that I was going to have nothing in my home decor that wasn't vintage or antique. Through out the years I have collected thousands of items and every year I add more.
I was never willing to get rid of the old vintage to make way for the new vintage so my husband built a six tired shelving display unit that spans the whole perimeter of my basement. If I wanted to change out a display upstairs, I could just go downstairs and pick what I needed right off the shelf. Well, now my shelves are completely full and there is no more room for any more bins. My husband and I decided it was time to sell off the clutter.
I opened ChangingTreasures and sold many items (over 1300) but it hasn't even put a dent in my clutter. If I were to sell 1000 items per year, I would be able to keep my Etsy store open for 10 years just on the stuff I have in my basement. So go ahead and don't be shy, buy buy buy! :)
Here's me! I am responsible for taking all the photos, listing all the items, researching values, ordering shipping supplies, answering messages, creating coupons, and updating. Well, and so much more but you get it.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
SHIPPING COSTS: You are responsible for ALL Shipping costs- you are responsible for the return shipping and ChangingTreasures will withhold the initial shipping cost from your refund.
Refunds will be the purchase price only.
FREE SHIPPING: Returned items bought with free shipping will have the initial shipping cost incurred withheld from the purchase price. Your refund will be the purchase price minus the actual shipping cost we paid in your behalf.
BROKEN ITEMS: We always bubble wrap and carefully pack things so they won't break but if your item should arrive broken please send us as many pictures as possible of the box and any damage to it, all the bubble wrap and other packaging in the box and then of the broken item so we can send those off to the post office and make an insurance claim. You should keep everything in its original package until further instruction.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT guarantee the bulbs in Items that have any sort of light due to the fact that the elements could be damaged during shipping but we DO check every item that has bulbs in them before packaging to make sure everything is in working order. Unfortunately if an item with a bulb is delivered to you broken, it is up to you to replace the bulb. Those items will NOT be refunded due to broken bulbs. Be assured we take extra caution packaging those items.
FINAL DISCOUNTED LAST CHANCE ITEMS: Items offered at a last chance final clearance discounted price cannot be returned.

ADVERTISED FLAWED ITEMS: If any item is advertised as flawed (chipped, cracked, missing parts or pieces, discolored, etc.. It will be offered at a lower price before any sale or discount. These items are also non-refundable.
SEALED AND BRAND NEW UNUSED ITEMS: If the item you purchased is still factory sealed or unused we will only accept returns if the item is in the same unused and sealed condition.
EXAMPLE: A brand new Unused Zippo lighter must not have had the seal/sticker broken, and/or have been filled with lighter fuel, and/or have the wick burnt.
EXAMPLE: A factory sealed item may not have been opened upon return. We cannot refund any new sealed item that is not returned in the same new sealed condition.
UNHAPPY: Please, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), Just contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Please contact us before leaving a 1 ,2 or 3 star review because once a bad review is left, no compromised can be made.
We know these are tough times were living in and if you need us to hold an item until your next payday, we will be happy to accommodate you, just message us to discuss the payment details.

We ship with-in 3 days of purchase. We take time wrapping up your item and making sure its protected on all sides with commercial packing materials. We give the box a little shake to make sure there is no movement and that nothing will shift or move during shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
YES... Changingtreasures accepts cancellations as long as the sale is canceled before we have shipped the item out to you. You cannot cancel an order that already has been shipped. If the order has been shipped and you wish to return it please follow these instructions to avoid paying any return shipping. *** Priority Mail offers a direct return as long as the package has NOT been open and it is rejected at the door or brought to them within a day.
1. Tell your postman at the time of delivery at the door you want to "return to sender" and they will send it back with no cost to you.
2. Bring it back to the post office that night or the next day unopened and request a "return to sender" and they will get it back to us with no charge to you.
PLEASE NOTE: USPS only offers this return service if the package was sent Priority, unopened, and brought to them within two days.
This service does not apply to... first class packages, packages that were opened, or packages that you've kept for more then a week.
We have stated in our policies several times that..
We DO NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
We DO NOT reimburse your shipping costs to send the item back to us.
We DO NOT refund any shipping charges once an item has been processed and shipped.
However, we DO refund shipping charges on canceled items done before shipping has occurred.
