I am very particular about my work and take extra measures to assure excellent craftsmanship in everything I make. I do not compromise on the quality of the raw materials I use. Polyester embroidery thread is used on all washable items. It has a high sheen, does not fade, and will not bleed. All trims are securely stitched, not glued. I use soft tricot to cover stitching on the inside of shirts, bodysuits, bibs and burp cloths, making them comfortable and smooth against the skin.

All items are handmade by me in my smoke-free, pet-free home. Due to the fact that some individuals have detergent allergies, I do not wash fabrics, shirts, sweatshirts or any commercial items made for embroidery prior to stitching.

Slight differences between real and perceived colors of an item my occur due to the resolution of a computer monitor. I do my best to post photos that show my items the way they look in real life. I also provide detailed descriptions of each item.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me to try to resolve any concerns you may have.

The address you provide when ordering is automatically applied to the shipping label I print through Etsy. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number when your order is shipped. This will allow you to work directly with USPS if your item is lost in transit.

Please refer to my shipping schedule for each item. I almost always ship ahead of schedule. If you need a rush order please contact me BEFORE ordering. I will do everything I can to get your item shipped as quickly as possible. I am not obligated to honor your request for expedited production unless it is mutually agreed upon prior to ordering.

When you choose Priority at checkout you are choosing a United States Post Office shipping upgrade. Priority mail usually arrives 2-3 days after it is post marked. But USPS does not guarantee delivery on Priority Mail. It only guarantees delivery for Priority Mail Express.

Choosing Priority Mail at checkout does not obligate me to rush production of your order. Please refer to my shipping schedule with each item prior to ordering. I usually ship ahead of schedule but if you need something sooner it must be negotiated with me BEFORE an order is placed.

Some of my listings can be customized with a name or initials. These options are clearly marked and come with instructions on how to request the desired name or initial for embroidery. Please note that no other alterations can be made.

All other listings are presented exactly as shown and described, without any customization options.

In some instances, I may be able to adjust the color of the embroidery thread. Please reach out to me before placing your order.
