Charles indicated that the stones were small so we increased the size and I'm happy we did that - so if ordering keep the stone size in mind. I'm so excited to surprise her with it :)!

Production Time
Our jewelry are completely crafted by hand from scratch with extra care and attention to every detail. Please allow 2-4 weeks
production time.
Custom jewelry pieces usually takes about 3-4 weeks, depending on the piece.
Delivery Time
You can expect deliveries to arrive within 3 to 5 working days to most countries. For more details, please see individual listings for

Rush Order
If you need your items by a certain date, we can offer RUSH ORDER service at an additional charge of $50.

Returns & Exchanges

problems you may be having as soon as possible.
Since our pieces are crafted by hand and made specially for you, all returns will incur a $100 restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear,
damage, or alteration. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
