Depending on location we ship our larger gift boxes UPS due to the constant theft and delay issues with the postal service.

Upgrading to 2–3-day priority USPS mail or Express Mail does not cut down on production time. It simply means your item will be shipped quicker after the timeframe listed in our shop.

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, our location, the processing time, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.

Please also note we are NOT in control of packages sent via USPS once they leave our shop. Estimated timeframes are NOT guaranteed if you need a specific item by a certain date. Please contact me immediately if you need your item by a certain date, so we can discuss options to ship via Fed ex or Ups.

Since every item in our shop is custom made to order (personalized or not) we do NOT accept returns.

Cancellation policy

Our team works hard to ensure that you have your gift box is out in a timely manner, so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 24 hours after purchasing.

Custom and personalized orders

Please see our shop policies or details in our product pages about our production schedule. This schedule fluctuates throughout the year. We typically have a 3-5 day turn around time not including weekends or ship time. Holiday
schedules typically take anywhere from a week to two weeks to make and ship out.

Gift wrapping and packaging

You can now upgrade your gift box to a magnetic keepsake box at checkout. Otherwise, you will receive a white gift box with satin ribbon color of your choice.

Shipping

We offer USPS regular mail, priority and priority express. We send all of our gift boxes UPS Ground or 3-day shipping depending on the location.
