Care instructions
To ensure the life of your jewellery please minimise contact with perfume, water, lotion, detergents, household cleaners etc. as these may change the appearance of your jewellery and/or cause discoloration and wear. Most items can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth.
Sizing details
All sizes are described under the item description, if you want smaller or anklet bracelets, leave me a message.
I can change colours on the bracelet if it does not have that colour just message me.
Wrapping and packaging
All bracelets are coming with card and a clear packaging bag ready.
Information for USA, CANADA
There are two shipping options (tracking and standard shipping)
Standard delivery (Standard mail has NO TRACKING) - expected delivery or there is a delay of 2-6 weeks
Tracking - you get all the information about your product.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and not guarantees - once a package leaves my workshop, it has left my hands.
But sometimes it can take longer it just depend on customs and delivery company.

I don't accept returns unless item has came in damaged

Letter UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class..
Parcel UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class
No extra charge is made for additional purchases.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. - I will be sending out delivery three times a week.
Please bear in mind that during busy times, Christmas your parcel may take longer to arrive and I am unable to provide a fixed delivery date.
