For instant digital products, no physical address or phone number is required.

・Optional audio recordings provided by you

・Deliver instant digital downloads
・Provide viewing and download instructions
・Create custom videos based on your request

・Comply with Etsy’s requirements and applicable laws
We do not use your information for marketing outside Etsy unless you explicitly opt in.

Section 3 – Digital Product Delivery（Instant Downloads）
Some digital items can be downloaded instantly through Etsy.
You may access the included PDF or video file immediately after purchase via your Etsy “Downloads” page.
・No physical item will be shipped.
・Instant items do not require message-based delivery.
・Downloaded files may be saved for your personal use only.
・Sharing, re-uploading, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Section 4 – Custom Video Delivery
Custom video orders are delivered via Etsy Messages with a private viewing/download link.
The link remains active for the duration stated in each product description.
・We do not resend expired links.
・You may download the video for personal use if permitted in the listing.
・Custom content is used solely to complete your video and is never reused for other customers.

Section 5 – Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
・When required by law
・When necessary for payment processing or order handling within Etsy’s secure systems
We never sell or distribute your personal information.

Section 6 – Data Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data.
All private links are accessible only to users who have the URL.
Custom assets (names, messages, audio files) are securely stored and never reused or shared.

Section 7 – Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept:
・Returns
・Cancellations after download
・Refunds once custom work has begun
This applies to both instant downloads and custom products.

Section 8 – Retention of Custom Information
Custom data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete your order and for the retention period specified on each product page. Examples:
・Seasonal products (e.g., Christmas): retained until the season end date stated in the listing
・Personalized birthday videos: deleted within the designated period after delivery
We do not store, reuse, or share any custom information beyond what is required to fulfill your purchase.
Your personalized content is never used for marketing or future products without your explicit written consent.
