Custom and personalized orders
Bea is of overwhelming orders. We are no longer taking any custom orders for our stoles. Please check back for any future changes .
How long until I get my items?
It all really depends on what is ordered. If I have I’m stock I will ship out within a day. But sometimes I run out of stock and have to get items made or shipped. That takes up a bit more time.
Usually please allow 5-7 business days to be on the safe side.
Returns and exchanges
I am currently not accepting any returns or exchanges on any product. Unless item is defective. If there is an issue please send me a message directly with the invoice information. If a return is accepted. Customer is responsible for any Shipping costs. I will reply in a timely manner. Thank you
