4 out of 5 starsI just want to start by saying this tail is adorable. It it well made, seems durable, and is made with great quality faux fur. The seller was also understanding and kind when I messaged them with a question before my order was sent, and I really appreciate that. I am honestly disappointed though, because no matter how I configure the tail or what belt I use, I cannot get it to stay upright without it shifting to one side when there's much movement. It seems that the two nylon loops want to shift together instead of staying apart. I safteypinned the nylon loops onto the most rigid belt I had and it still didn't want to stay upright, although it helped. I'm not sure if it's my body shape, how I'm wearing it, or what. I really want to give this five stars, if the seller can help me with this I'll update it!

5 out of 5 starsThis tail is very, VERY curly. I think that to some extent you have to distress it a little bit on your own and try to move a little bit of the stuffing around inside, otherwise the curl is so tight that it almost looks like a bun made of fur. I think it has a bit to do both with how it's sewn and how tight the packaging is that it comes in, but I've had to kinda bend it the opposite way to get empty space showing in the loop of the tail like what you would see on an actual husky. Still, the quality of the item is fantastic. It just might need a little bit of work to get the curl to not appear to be so tight.

Eeee thank you so much!! Yes, the tails can get squished in the mail, so a good shake and fluff helps it return to its proper shape! Especially for overseas tails that stay packed up for longer!! 🥺💕 I’m super happy you like it! :D

Do you take custom commissions?
We welcome and encourage custom goodies! :D Have an idea for a design? Let us know and we'll bring it to life together!
We also like to post custom tails and stuff to our social media, so if you'd like us to wait to show off your tail online please feel free to let us know!
Do you charge more for custom orders?
This depends entirely on the request. Contact us and we can work out the details! Who knows, your design might even be easier for us, and cheaper for you! ♡
Do you do other fursuit parts than what I can see in your shop?
Definitely! We've done just about everything, contact us for more specific details if you're interested! ;3
What comes in your Mystery Boxes?
What comes in them will be a surprise! ;3 But there will always be at least one tail of varying size and complexity based on what you ordered! Usually comes with an extra or two, such as fluffy ears, horns, or other goodies!
Will I get a full fursuit in a Mystery Box?
Nope! :3 We do plan on having a surprise fursuit partial box in the future though, feel free to contact us about ordering one early if you'd like!
Can you draw a custom charm design?
Yep! Customs charms are really fun, so please feel free to ask about them! We do not have an in-house printing facility, so wait times can vary depending on availability with our printer :3
We reserve the right to use the custom charm run as promotional materials, extra goodies, and posting on social media! c; We will never list your design for individual sale in our Etsy shop to anyone but you unless given permission otherwise!
What if I cancel a custom? What will you do with it?
If it's already finished or almost finished, we'll either list it as a premade ready-to-ship item in our shop, or reuse the materials in a new project! ♡

Send us a message and we'll be happy to help! :3 Returns and cancellations will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover shop fees from the transaction and some of the material costs!
