Once you've finalised your purchase, you'll find a link titled 'View Your Files' leading to the Downloads page. This is where all files related to your order can be downloaded. Additionally, you can access your files via 'Purchases' on your account page, locate your order, and click on 'Download My Files'.
Can I share or sell the planners I buy?
Our digital products are for your personal use only. Please do not share or resell them.
What if the hyperlinks in my planner aren't working?
To use the hyperlinks in your planner, please ensure you are in "Read-Only Mode" if using Goodnotes. You can locate the button for this in the toolbar at the top of the screen. If you delete pages, the hyperlinks might not work correctly. To fix this, either restore the pages or re-download the planner
What apps work best with your planners and stickers?
Goodnotes is the most popular note-taking application for digital planners. Other great options are Xodo, Notability, and Noteshelf.
Do you offer custom planners?
