When will I receive my reading?
Most standard readings are written and sent the same hour through Etsy Messages once I receive the information requested in the listing. I work 8am to 10pm GMT, seven days a week.
Ebooks and meditations are instant downloads. Voice-recorded services and specialist listings may have different timing. The Nadi Leaf Reading has a genuine five-day delivery promise. Please check the individual listing before ordering.
If your details arrive outside my working hours, the same-hour window begins when I return at 8am GMT.
Do you offer phone, video, or live text readings?
I do not offer live phone, video, or text-chat readings. Most readings are written and delivered through Etsy Messages. A small number of voice-recorded services are available; their format and timing are stated clearly in the individual listing.

What is your refund and returns policy?
All sales are final. Because each reading is a personalized, intangible service — your time, energy, and intention are woven into every response — we are not able to offer refunds once a reading has been delivered.
That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If something didn't land the way you hoped, please reach out before leaving a review. We'll do our best to provide clarity, additional context, or a follow-up where appropriate. We want every client to feel heard and supported.
All readings are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. Results are not guaranteed, as the nature of intuitive work is inherently personal and interpretive.

Please send names, dates of birth, questions, or other requested details promptly through Etsy Messages. I read for clients aged 18 or older and may decline an order when necessary.

What is included with a one-question reading?
One purchased question includes one focused answer within the scope of the listing. Genuine clarification about that answer is welcome. A new, additional, or layered question requires a separate purchase so I can give it proper time and attention. I’m unable to provide unlimited unpaid readings or ongoing casual consultation through Etsy Messages. Please review the listing scope before ordering; if you are unsure which reading fits, message me before purchase.
Will I receive photos of the work?
Only when an individual listing explicitly says that photos are included. Most of my work is delivered as a written reading or spiritual guidance through Etsy Messages, so process photographs are not part of the standard service. Please check the listing’s included deliverables before ordering.
Can you ask a deceased loved one specific questions?
Mediumship is an open, interpretive connection, so I cannot guarantee that a particular loved one will answer a specific question or that a requested message will come through. I will share honestly what I receive within the scope of the purchased listing. Please read that listing’s boundaries before ordering.
Can I ask when someone will pass away?
No. I do not predict death or provide a date or timing for someone’s passing. This is an ethical boundary that applies even if a reading raises health, grief, or end-of-life concerns. Please seek appropriate professional support for medical or safety matters.
What if a reading does not resonate immediately?
Intuitive readings are interpretive guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. Some timing-based or monthly insights may become clearer over several weeks, while other messages may not align with your expectations. Genuine clarification about the delivered answer is welcome, but a new question requires a separate purchase. Please review the listing’s scope and reading method before ordering.
