purchased SEPT 1 and did not receive until OCT 19. This took way too long. Monogramming was very messy and unprofessional.

I ordered the custom personalized megaphone keychain, I ordered it because I liked the polka dot material used, well when I received the item ordered, the material used did not match the item shown. The item was done on yellow material, I was assuming it would be on polka dotted material like the one shown. The item shown was cute, the one I received, not too cute:(

So this seller did not even contact me to confirm my initials. I had to contact her first and she took about a week & a half to respond to me. Then I asked her when I should expect the package and I got no response. On top of that it took a month to get here and I don't even like the hat. The stitching is messy and awkward. The hat that she uses shouldn't be used for monograms. I have to tilt my head for the monogram to even show. So why am I wearing it? Well I paid $20 for it and I can't return it. Don't not buy from this woman. Awful.
