I wanted to create something that friends and family would actually wear again—not just something for the weekend that would end up tucked away in a drawer. They turned out even better than I imagined, quality of the hats and printing are great. loved seeing everyone wearing them throughout the celebration made me so happy. Safe to say... they were a hit!

Printing Time:
Custom items are made just for you, so please allow 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be shipped.
Transit Times:
Orders within the US are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
This estimate doesn’t include our processing times and is subject to delays due to factors like weather or the holiday season. We're not responsible for delays once the package is with the postal service.
* Delivery to Hawaii often takes significantly longer than the estimated arrival date shown by Etsy,
typically takes 2-4 weeks, regardless of the estimated arrival date shown by USPS, delays to HI are common and outside of our control.

Design Preview
We’re happy to create a design preview upon request! If you’d like to see your draft before printing, please be sure to mention it in your personalization.
Please keep in mind that requesting a mockup will add an additional 48 hours to the processing time before your order ships.
We allow a 24-hour window for design approval. If we don't hear back from you with a confirmation within that timeframe, we'll assume you're satisfied and move forward with production.

Washing Care
- Turn the garment inside out to wash and dry
- Normal wash cycle is at cold water wash (30°C/65°-85°F)
- Remove garments immediately after wash cycle completes
- Hang drying is recommended
- Do not iron directly on design
Returns & Exchanges
All items of our shop are made-to-order with care and as a small business, we do not keep any stock. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
Kindly note that we are unable to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking the size chart included in the product images for each item. If you can, measure one of your favorite shirts from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom, and compare the measurements to our chart. This will help you choose the perfect size!
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or outdated address entered by the customer.
If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After your order has been sent to production, we’re no longer able to make changes to the shipping address.
We do not manually verify addresses submitted with orders, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.
Cancelations
Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, as we begin working on your order right away to ensure timely processing. In rare cases, and at our discretion, a shop credit may be offered for a future order. By placing your order with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted the shop’s policy.
