Thought I was ordering a card by post not a digital download which would have to be printed on paper not card. Opened confirmation email and card opened but didn’t realise had to print the card until after and now can’t download. Not clear when ordered it was a digital download and ordered lots of cards from Etsy before. Very disappointed and out of pocket !!!
