I started my Etsy shop in December 2015. After working several years as a science teacher, I gave birth to baby #2, and I was fortunate enough to stay at home at that time. While a teacher, I dabbled with programs like Photoshop to make hands-on and manipulative activities for my students. At home, I decided to revisit that same basic idea to decorate my own home. I create new prints and designs when I can steal a few minutes to myself during the day (or sometimes when everyone else has gone to bed!). :) I have also dabbled with selling some designs as shirts, mugs, etc., on Zazzle (http://www.zazzle.com/geekcharm).
