If you would like to upgrade your purchase to priority mail, this option takes roughly 2-3 days for shipping. If you select priority shipping during checkout and leave a comment with your date, we will do everything we can (on our end) to get the product to you as quickly as possible.

What is the average processing time?
Processing time is how long I need to pack your order before it ships, on average it takes me about 2 business days to package each order.
How long will shipping take?
With the standard shipping option please allow about 3-6 days for delivery (not counting Sundays). This time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
If you need your item sooner, all my listings have the option for priority shipping. Please select priority shipping when you are checking out. On average, priority packages take 2-4 days for delivery (not counting Sundays). This time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Yes, I create custom phrases for my customers all the time. If you would like a custom phrase please either contact me directly, or request a custom order from my store front. My pricing for my custom phrases is similar to that of the other listings in my shop.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time I only ship within the United States.
Do you allow returns?
No, I do not offer returns.
What should I do if there was an issue with my order?
If you are not happy with your order please send me a message as soon as possible. In order to assist you, I require a photograph of the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
No I do not allow cancellations. I have a very quick processing time, so once an order is placed, I start working on it shortly after.
