PRODUCTION TIME & other FAQ
• Handwriting, foot/handprint, paw print & fingerprint jewelry will usually ship within 5 business days upon approval of proofs (if applicable).
Can I have a (paw/ print/handwriting/engraving) on the second side?
Any item with double sided listed or as an option in a drop-down box at checkout can be selected.

• All components are either 100% 14K Gold Filled, .925 Sterling Silver & solid 14k gold (unless otherwise stated).
Is 18k gold fill & white gold fill available?
No, unfortunately 18k gold filled and white gold filled are not commercially available in the US (beware of sellers advertising this).

Wherever possible, I specify the dimensions in both millimeters and inches.
Please note that images are enlarged for detail, therefore please note the dimensions of the item you are purchasing as personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Care instructions
When not worn, store your jewelry in a dark dry place away from sunlight and/or moisture in a separate compartment in your jewelry box to avoid scratches.
Sterling silver & gold fill: Avoid exposure to perfumes and household chemicals or when swimming in highly chlorinated water, these corrosive chemicals can permanently damage the finish.
Tarnish/oxidation is a natural process in sterling silver items (my items are not rhodium plated). High humidity levels, exposure to water and individual body chemistry is a factor in this process. Tarnish can be removed with a soft jewelry polishing cloth or silver cleaner ~ sterling silver is a softer metal so care should be taken to avoid scratches.
Monogram information for multiple initials
Please provide the initials in the EXACT order as you wish them to be engraved. For example: aBc or ABC
If you are unsure of the correct sequence, please leave your names indicating which is your last name/surname.
The center letter will be larger, which is traditionally the last name/surname, but not necessarily, as this is purely a matter of personal preference.
Proofs for handwriting, paw prints, etc.
I provide proofs for handwriting, paw & nose prints, fingerprints, hand and footprints.
I will gladly provide a font preview for monogram and other items in standard fonts if requested at checkout (revisions after 24 hours cannot always be accommodated if the item has been completed).
How to leave engraving specifications
At checkout you can either leave a note with your personalization in the "notes to seller" box or send me a message here on etsy after purchasing. This includes font preferences, etc.

You are verifying that all information is accurate when you finalize your order. This includes sequencing of monogrammed initials, punctuation, dates and spelling.
If names/words are left in all UPPERCASE or all lowercase it will be engraved that way (not applicable to monograms).
Please be advised that certain fonts are only available in all UPPERCASE
RUSH ORDERS
When time permits I do have a rush option at checkout, if purchased before 5pm EST your order will ship out the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). When proofs are needed this timeframe will vary according to when proofs are approved.
* Please note that I cannot guarantee USPS Priority Express shipping, the cost thereof is not eligible for a refund due to any delays in transit.
** Purchasing USPS Priority Mail without the Rush my order option does not speed up production time.
✫✫ IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES ✫✫
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please be aware of import duties, VAT and other handling fees imposed by your country's government/regulatory body. ** This especially applies to the UK and the EU which have a very low threshold.
By law, import duties, VAT and other fees imposed by your country of residence must be borne by you the recipient.
All international orders will have the full value declared on the customs form and will be marked as merchandise as required by law - no exceptions.
Lost/stolen mail/damaged in transit
In the unlikely event of a package being lost or stolen there is a 21 day wait time (from the shipping date) before an insurance claim can be placed (with international shipments this time is 45 days). During this time I am unable to provide a refund until the mandated wait time has passed and the buyer has signed an online claim document (affidavit of non-receipt).
Damaged items: In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged (we carefully and securely package the items so this is rare), please take a photo of the exterior packaging (with the shipping label showing) before discarding (we will gladly repair or replace if need be in this case).
