I love my bracelet! But it took longer than advertised to arrive. I have tried messaging but there is never any reply! But I love my bracelet and wear it every day - I would love to give as a gift but can't guarantee delivery on time?! Thank you! x

Name is correct, quality seems decent. Arrived in 1.5 weeks. The name is slightly blurred as the letters are quite thick but is still decipherable and I am happy with my purchase.

Nice article, however I thought the letter would be smaller based on the photos. I still recommend this product.

I emailed seller and never received a reply. The ring is cute, and good quality. However, the cursive letters are way too small and not easy to read. Same idea and style but in a larger scale would have been ideal. The image I am enclosing has been enlarged for a closeup.

Very nice but the box was a bit weak and quality of ring isn’t great. Could be thicker however still beautiful

I didn't have a great experience unfortunately. My first bracelet got lost in the post. The second one took a while to arrive and I was disappointed with the quality of the chain and after three hours of wear, at home, the chain broke. I contacted the seller but needed to prompt her again to respond to the broken chain. I was not offered a refund, instead the seller told me she had already made a new one which was despatched. When that one arrive the chain length was completey different to the first one.

Item itself was as described. Ordered in good time as it was a gift. Did not arrive in expected delivery date. Emailed and slow response to be told 1st delivery. Two weeks later item arrived. Customer service is none existent.
