1. What shipping methods do you use? We ship all items by USPS Priority Mail to customers all over the world.

2. How can I track my order after it has been shipped out?

After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen couriers website.
-Shipping takes 3 or 5 business days
(BUSINESS DAYS = Monday Thru Friday)

3. Processing Time (US & International Buyers):

PLEASE READ SHOP ANNOUNCEMENTS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, TO SEE THE ESTIMATE TIME ANY ORDER IS TAKING!!!

each order is different and have different time to process, It usually takes about 5-10 working days, or till 6 weeks The period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the shop. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product.

4. Shipping Time (US Buyers):

It usually takes about 3-5 working days.
The period of time is from when the item is shipped out, to when it arrives at your door.

5. Shipping Time (International Buyers):

Estimated transit time of 10-15 business days, not including customs delays,which vary from a few days to 6 weeks. Taxes and fees charged upon delivery are your responsibility.


6 NOTE: *I'd like to make it clear that I am in no way responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are governed by the respective countries and there is no way for me to know what these fees are or if they are charged at all. I cannot pay them because I do not live there. As such they are your responsibility to pay. Lastly these fees are not negotiable and I do not refund them.

7. I need my invitations as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?

We will try our best to accommodate your schedule. After reviewing details of your order, we will let you know whether it can be completed within your requested time frame.
Therefore we ask that you try to plan ahead and leave as much time as possible.

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
*Custom or personalized orders

*For mispelling (Once you give me the approval to print you have to make sure that:

you have verified that spelling and content are correct. you are satisfied with the document layout and the images represented above. You understand that your document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that you cannot make any changes once your order is placed, and that you assume all responsibility for typographical errors.)

*If customer doesn't get the package on time due to an USPS delay.
*Items delayed due to carriers, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit are not eligible for refund or replacement if not insured. I encourage purchasing insurance!



*Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
