My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please send us a message with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Are your tumblers/mugs dishwasher or microwave safe?
• Mugs: Microwave & dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise.
• Tumblers & glass cans: Hand wash only to preserve the printed design.
Do the coir doormats hold up outdoors?
Yes, but we recommend placing them in a covered or sheltered area to protect the design and extend their life. They are made of natural coco fibers and may shed slightly over time.
My item says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What can I do?
Please first check with neighbors, family members, and your local post office. If it still hasn’t shown up, message us and we’ll help you file a case with USPS.
