1 out of 5 starsI would like to give them a zero for customer service. Never answered email, this should have never shipped, I asked to cancel it s soon as i realized it wouldn’t work for me. Which was right after I placed the order. But after five email that no one answered the shipped the bag anyway. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

1 out of 5 starsThough the bag was smaller than I hoped and it appeared to be a bag from shein, I discussed with the seller and they provided poor customer service. They said they would refund it and then never did. DONT BUT FROM HERE ITS A SCAM.
