Processing + Shipping
Processing time + shipping time = arrival time.
EXAMPLE: If a product processes in 2-3 business days and you picked priority 2-3 day shipping then your order should take a maximum of 6 business days to arrive to you.
PROCESSING TIMES:
The majority of our products have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Most of our personalized products have a processing time of 3-5 business days. You can view the processing times under the shipping tab of each product listing.
The estimated arrival times shown at checkout are not guaranteed for USPS standard, USPS priority, UPS 2 Day or UPS 3 Day Shipping. It is only guaranteed for USPS express and UPS Next Day.
Rush Orders
If you need your order by a specific date and can't wait the full processing time, please message us before you place your order to see if we can meet your time frame.
Please DO NOT type when you need the order in the notes box at checkout before checking with us to see if we can meet that time frame. If you typed a needed by date in the notes to seller box, it will be ignored.
Product Customization
We can customize most products in our shop. Please message us first to see if we can customize it the way you want before you place the order.
Multiple Items in Order
Yes, there is. Add one item to your cart, then go back to our shop, add then next item to your cart and so on until all items have been added, then checkout. Etsy will automatically calculate shipping according to what you've ordered and give you the lowest shipping cost.
Order Changes After an Order is Placed
We CANNOT make changes to an order after the order is placed. This includes but is not limited to, changes to addresses, changes to items ordered and shipping changes. Please make sure you are double checking your personalization to make sure you've spelled it correctly. Also, be sure to choose the correct shipping based on when you need the order.
Address Changes + Incorrect Addresses
Orders immediately go to printing once we receive them and we may not be able to update the shipping address after the order is placed. We are not responsible for losses do to incorrect shipping address. Please make sure that your address is correct prior to placing the order.
Proofs
I'm sorry, but we don't send proofs. Please be sure you are double checking all personalization before you place an order. The information that you type is copied and pasted so that it will be exactly what you typed. We are not responsible for incorrect items that due to customer typos or misspellings.
