Our shop policy on Returns and Replacements

We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve it.

Other Returns: For reasons like a change of mind, the item not meeting expectations, or simply not being what you hoped for, return is case to case. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, local or international. We don't issue return labels.

Once we inspected the returned item, confirmed it’s unused & in original condition, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.

Care Instructions

Unity Veils: Ready to wear but can be handwashed gently in cold water with mild soap. Do not soak over 5 minutes. Avoid bleach. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron.

Unity Cords & Memorial Pins: Clean with a soft or damp cloth only. Keep away from hairspray, lotion, makeup, perfume, and oily substances. Store pearl items separately in fabric-lined bags or boxes. For unwelded rosary cords, lay flat—do not hang to avoid loosening. Use household pliers to tighten wires if needed.

Face Masks: Hand wash recommended. Iron only if necessary on low heat.

Quality Materials, Thoughtfully Crafted

We use only the finest materials for our handmade products:

Unity Veils: Premium tulle or embroidered lace.

Unity Cords & Photo Pins: Carefully selected components like imitation pearls, alloy charms, and findings.

Face Masks: 3–4 layers of cotton, lace, polyester, brocade, or metallic fabrics; inner layers 100% cotton with stabilizer for shape and protection.

Some small components, like buttons or embellishments, may be out of stock. We substitute with items of equal or higher quality, chosen to enhance the design and keep it fitting and relevant to the style.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, expect slight difference on the sizes:

A. UNITY VEILS
SMALL - Crystal Drops Tulle Veils - Approximately 56" L x 31" W
MEDIUM - Shimmer Tulle Veils - Approximately 60" L x 35" W
LARGE - White Chantilly Lace Veils - Approximately 62" L x 32" W

B. UNITY CORDS
SATIN CORDS - Approximately 48" total length, 23" each loop, 4-6" dangle
ROSARY CORDS - Approximately 54" total length, 24" each loop, 5-7 inches dangle

All our handmade items are crafted in a pet-free home studio located in Canoga Park, California. We source materials both locally and internationally to ensure the highest quality for our creations.

Orders Marked "Delivered" But Package Not Received
We understand how frustrating it is when a package is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived. Please know that once USPS marks a package as delivered, it’s no longer under our responsibility, and we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds in these cases.

To help prevent this, we kindly suggest providing a safe delivery spot or leaving specific instructions for the carrier. You might also ask them to contact you upon delivery.

If your package is missing, contacting your local post office for GPS tracking info can be helpful. It’s also a good idea to check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted it for you.

Important Policies: Change of Shipping Address
For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once an order is placed. Please ensure your shipping address in Etsy is correct before completing your purchase.

If you need to update your address, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the correct information.

We take extra care packing all your orders, we double check to make sure they are exact in quantity before we close and mail them. We will entertain concerns and complaints only within 3 days after it is marked "DELIVERED" by USPS.

Yes, but ALL CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Each piece is handmade and created specifically to the buyer’s requested details, we:
-Do not accept returns, exchanges or replacement on custom or personalized items.
-Do not allow cancellations once production has begun
-Do not offer refunds
These items are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold, restocked, or repurposed.

Colors, sizes, fit & design may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, & the handmade nature of each piece. All custom items are created based on your selected options and our established artistic style.

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

Please read all instructions included with your package before use. Our items are made from materials such as plastic, iron, rattan, metal, sequins, pearls, ribbon, polymer clay, rubber, glass, wires, and other common craft materials. These materials may be sharp, pointy, non-edible, or potentially hazardous. Use or wear items with caution and care, and always supervise children who handle, wear, or come near them.

Orders are shipped in paper, cardboard, or plastic packaging. Dispose of packaging safely and keep it out of children’s reach—it is not a toy and may cause accidents or harm.

For facemasks, discontinue use immediately if you experience breathing difficulties. Our masks are not a replacement for N95.
