5 out of 5 starsMy grandsons love them. Knowing they no longer teach black history in schools, we as a people have to step up and do our due diligence to ensure our children grow up well equipped, centered, and loved. I’m just doing my part and appreciate TD books for doing theirs.

I am so happy to hear you loved reading the book. The words in Black Girl Shine On! derived from a poetry book for women that I wrote many years ago which is about self-love and healing ❤️.
