When will my item ship?
All orders are mailed once a week on Wednesday.
My order has been marked as delivered, but I don't have it
Etsy labels go through Pitney Bowes, which are not always 100% accurate. If your item is marked as delivered and is not, it usually means it's in your city and will be at your home soon. Please allow 3 business days before reporting a missing item.
Does this item come in [blank]?
If it is not listed as an option on the listing, the answer is typically no. I do not make custom variations of pre-existing designs.
(COMMISSIONS) Any updates on my badge?
If you have to ask, the answer is no. If you haven't recieved a WIP sketch it means I have no progress to share. Please allow at least two weeks for commission work, there will always be a line ahead of you.
(COMMISSIONS) Do you have a trello?
I only keep a trello for my large, full priced commissions. Scrimblo badges and similar I do not keep a trello for, as I typically finish them very quickly.
(INTERNATIONAL) Why did my order not come with tracking?
International sticker orders are mailed without tracking, in a regular stamped envelope. This is because international shipping is extremely pricey and it is cheaper for both me and the customer if I mail them without tracking.
International tracking is only available for larger items that cannot be shipped in paper envelopes (ex. charms)
My tracking number doesn't work.
Etsy has an agreement with a company called Pitney Bowes for something that is not quite tracking for the price of a stamp. This is how I am able to offer cheap shipping on my small items such as stickers. There is a "tracking number" but the USPS system doesn't understand it, and it won't show up on the USPS web site. Below is a link to the Pitney Bowes site to check the tracking, or you can also see it on your Etsy purchases.
