5 out of 5 starsI'm so pleased with how this frame turned out! I'm very, very new to using SVG files, and the included instructions were very helpful. One note: the triangle stand image didn't have any visible pink areas on it (like the frame itself), so it took me a little bit to figure out what I needed to change to scoring lines, but I got it! I'll be using this file frequently. Thanks so much!

Can I order custom color 3D paper cuts?
The colors of each composition are chosen carefully, after lots of color combination tests. For now, this option is not available.

3D paper art should be placed away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Can I have the 3D paper art in different size?
For now, only 10" x 10" size is available
Can I check out with PayPal even if I don't have an account
Yes. During checkout, choose the PayPal option. Click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Sure! Just send me a message anytime before shipping your order, I will cancel the order and give you a full refund.
Can you accept a mailed check or take my credit card number over the phone?
I accept only payments made via Etsy. This protects us both and keeps us in a safety zone :)
Returns and refunds
I want my clients to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.
If any item arrives damaged - please don't open the sealed frame yourself. Take a photo of the damage - front, back, and sides. Send them to me in a message describing the damage.
If the item does not match what you ordered or does not meet your expectations, please contact me and describe the issue.
After my reply to your message, you can send the item back in its original package, within 30 days of delivery. You can request refund or replacement, and it will be given after I receive the recurring package. In this case, please keep the shipping voucher.
Refunds do not include shipping fees.
