Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me immediately so that we can discuss a resolution. I am a firm believer in customer service and satisfied customers who want to come back again!
Non custom items -
Returns are accepted if you contact me within 72 hours. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged items -
If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately!! We allow a 5 day window from the day your item is delivered to the day you contact me. We feel 5 days is a sufficient amount of time for you to receive and open your package.
*****If your item arrives damaged you MUST contact us within 5 days after receiving it. We WILL request pictures of the item and ALL packaging. We cannot make a shipping claim without pictures and we WILL NOT give any refunds or exchanges without photos. We understand that this can happen and we're happy to work with you to resolve the problem, but we require pictures!! Please don't throw away any of the packaging until we have processed the claim and it had been approved.*****

Shipping times vary depending on the item. Shipping time is not included in the production time. Shipping can always be upgraded for an additional fee.
If you need an item by a specific date please contact me to be sure I can accommodate your timeframe.
*** I ship to the address provided to me by Etsy. If that address is not correct you must request a refund, cancel the transaction and repurchase your item with the updated address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.*****

If I have a question regarding your order and have tried to contact you without response your order will be put on hold until I hear back from you. If I don't hear back from you within 1 week after your ship date I will refund your money and cancel the transaction.
