A quarter century of making chocolates!
I began making chocolates as a way to help pay the rent on my first apartment 25 years ago. What began as a small side business soon blossomed into a brick and morter retail shop. For 20 years, I enjoyed making chocolates, gift baskets and being involved in my community. In 2014, after realizing that most of our business was being done either over the telephone or the internet, I closed my retail shop and now run a very successful Internet business, while also having time to shuttle around my 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son.
I pride myself on both the quality of my chocolate and the presentation of favors. I DO NOT use craft store quality chocolate. I proudly use Merckens chocolate, which is manufactured right here in the good ole USA. My milk chocolate is carefully tempered to just the right temperature before we use it.
During my years of chocolate making, I have collected 1000's of chocolate molds, If you don't see what you are looking for, please ask - more than likely I have it!
