I love custom orders and welcome them at all times as long as we have enough time.

Custom orders can include font changes, special color requests, custom shapes, and more.

Many of our items also include the option to personalize with your own name and / or custom text.

To ensure the fastest turnaround time, no design previews are provided unless requested at the time of ordering.

Each article has information about its measurements but in the same way, any additional questions you can write to me and I can gladly provide more information.

It is important to be careful with the products upon receipt to avoid damage. We take care of packing each product carefully for shipment and we work with excellent quality materials, but it should be noted that some materials are delicate and that is why we must take care of their handling.

When ordering you must request it and we can gladly make a special packaging, with an additional price that you can consult. It is important that you send me a message to take your request into account.

It depends on the product and the date. Therefore it is important that you write to us for more information.

The time it takes us to place your order BEFORE it ships. We design, assemble and package all orders during this time.

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. "Business days" include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

To ensure the fastest turnaround time, no design previews are provided for custom items unless specifically requested in the order notes.

If a design preview is requested, it will be submitted via Etsy Conversation. Each order allows up to 2 design previews before incurring additional fees. Design previews are only available after the order is submitted.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If an incorrect address is shipped, we can change it for you as long as the order has not shipped. Send us a message as soon as possible if this is the case.

If your order has already been shipped to the address provided, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping destination at this time.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect, invalid or incorrect address, then the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders sent to an incorrect address by the buyer.

All designs are personalized, inspired by the selected theme.
