What all comes in the custom rolling set?
All custom sets come with rolling tray, grinder, ashtray & lighter.
Can I change the color of any custom set?
Yes, they all are customizable when it comes to the color of the overall set.
Are there restrictions on what can be placed on a custom set?
Nope! You can get WHATEVER you want on your custom set. They are made to be one of a kind!
Why are hydro-dipped sets only available during the summer?
Weather conditions affect the hydro-dipping process since it is done outside. The water must be kept at a warm enough temperature for the dipping process to be successful. If weather permits, set may be available longer.
What happens if my set arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) as soon as you receive your package and message it to me. I will be sure to take care of any issues as soon as possible!
Can I get a refund if I do not like my order?
Refunds are not available as all custom designed sets are sent for customer's approval before creation. You will not receive an approval request if no changes to pre-sets are made, as they will come exactly as pictured.
Can I exchange my set for a different one if I change my mind?
If you have ordered a pre-made custom set and no changes have been made, and items HAVE NOT been used, you can request for a set exchange. Customer will be responsible for any fees associated with mailing the items back. Please allow 2-3 days for new tracking number for exchanged items. Exchanges are not allowed on custom design submitted sets, hydro-dipped sets or lighter packs.
