5 out of 5 starsThis seller gets my annual award for best customer service. This shop has excellent business practices, do not hesitate to purchase. This shop will take care of you. First the seller notified me that my purchase had been lost. He then offered me to choose two other stones to replace them. Most sellers just offer a refund, if that. This is outstanding attention to detail. The follow up messaging has been excellent. I am very happy with the way that this seller handled a mishap. I truly would not hesitate to make another purchase from this shop.
