Hey everyone! I am Allison, the owner of Chouxfly Baking Company. I'm a classically trained pastry chef who stumbled upon making lollipops a little bit by accident!
I've always loved anything and everything floral (trust me when I say - if it has flowers on it, I will buy it) and of course, anything sweet. I had the idea to make flower lollipops for my wedding in 2022, and afterward I thought, "Making those was fun, maybe I'll put them on Etsy and see if anybody else would be interested in them!" I had very low expectations and in reality, was just looking for an excuse to make a couple more. Little did I know that once the ball got rolling, the shop would explode!
I'm so happy and grateful to be up to my eyeballs in lollipops these days, and I hope to keep growing and growing this little company. Creating confections is the best way I know how to show love - and the world can always use a little more sweetness!
