Because each one of our prints is made to order, and are completely personal, we unable to offer a cancellation policy, so we asked you to please consider very carefully before placing an order.

Shipping
We offer First Class p&p in the UK and usually post prints, cards, stickers and postcards within 1-3 days. Journals take longer to create but we aim to post them within 3-5 days, although this may vary at very busy periods.
We are also happy to post to Europe, America and the Rest of the World. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard International Service, where prices vary according to destination. A Tracked Service is also available, but will incur additional costs. If you would like to have your orders posted using a Tracked Service, please choose this option when you place your order. Any and all international custom fees or dues are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once an order is posted, we have no actual control over how long it takes to reach its destination and sometimes posted items get lost in the post. And whilst we are happy to send replacement items or issue refunds for lost orders, this will not take place until at least 10 workings days have elapsed past the expected original delivery date for UK based orders. This is the least amount of time that Royal Mail insists has passed before any claims for lost items can be made. Lost overseas orders will be assessed on a order by order basis. We thank you for your understanding.
All items are packaged carefully with as much love as the items themselves! Wherever possible, we use recycled or biodegradable packaging to limit our imprint on the environment. Where ever you are, we will endeavour to get our prints to you. If you are unsure or concerned at all, please contact us.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class/International Standard Service. These Services provide Reference Numbers that provide only limited tracking information, i.e., they provide delivery attempt details only.
