All glassware with vinyl is hand wash gently and air dry.

Seller is not responsible for difficulties that may arise while applying DIY Vinyl items such as car decals, glass decals, wall decals, and vinyl kits.

Mugs with sublimation, sand carved glassware, and laser engraved latte mugs are dishwasher safe.

Insulated tumblers are hand wash only. The are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

All sales are final unless the seller makes a mistake in creating the item. If your item arrives as you ordered it, no returns or refunds will be accepted. Please be sure all information with names, dates, etc. is correct when you send it to the seller.

Gift wrapping is available upon request for a fee. Please contact the seller to inquire on gift wrapping before purchasing.

Every attempt is made to represent the color choices as true to the color as possible. Color appearance can vary between every computer monitor.

All glitter, marble, and pearl acrylics are hand mixed. Due to the nature of the hand mixing and pouring, the amount of glitter and color may vary. The pattern of marble and sheen of pearl can vary based on this process as well. Glitter acrylics may have discoloration on thin pieces of a cake topper when finished.

Acrylics may have surface scratches that are part of the manufacturing process and are out of my control.

Items shipped First Class Mail do not include shipping insurance. If you would like the item insured please upgrade to the Priority Shipping or for International Shipping please select the shipping insurance option upon checkout. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. Most items come with a tracking number for you to be able to determine when your package will arrive.

In the unlikely event that insured items break, I need to following information to file an insurance claim.

1) Pictures of the broken item(s)
2) Pictures of the exterior packaging
3) Pictures of the interior packing materials

Without this information I cannot file a claim and cannot replace your product.

Upgrading to Priority Shipping is an option for most items. Priority Shipping applies only to the time it takes once the item is in transit to the destination. It does not change the time it takes to create your item. If you need to have an item created in less time than the current production time, please contact me to see it this is possible. Rush order fees may apply.

In the unlikely event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or description, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price or description. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. I will issue a full refund for your purchase price.
