Frequently asked questions
Lost/Damaged Items & Recorded Signed for Delivery
If you do not choose a shipping method with tracking/signed for, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your parcel/item. I always get proof of postage when possible from the Post Office and all items are sent by Royal Mail.
I will always try to resolve any issues and send out replacement items where possible.
Delivery Method & Prices
To keep delivery costs lower for all customers, some larger items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for as the extra size/weight incurs an extra cost with Royal Mail.
Domestic/International Postage Cost:
If costs are lower than prices stated/paid the excess will be refunded minus packing cost.
I also combine items into the same package where possible and the same excess refeund policy applies.
