About Us
Chronically Caring was originally named Twenty2Roses. It is an Awareness shop started in 2010 by a chronically ill mom and daughter team. Having Dysautonomia and chronic illnesses themselves, they found the importance of finding a support system to help them through medical challenges. This sparked the idea for a custom awareness jewelry shop.
Chronically Caring has always tried to keep the costs low enough for anyone to afford, knowing the shoppers are dealing with medical bills and other financial challenges. Through the years, the business has catered to individuals and families who have been affected by illness. The jewelry is a symbolic way to show support to one another. A small piece of jewelry can mean so much to people. The items have also been featured in many fundraisers, runs, and walks to raise awareness. This business venture has been an amazing way to help support others worldwide going through similar medical battles.
Custom orders are welcomed. Let us design Awareness Jewelry to fit your needs.
Two or more colors can be incorporated into one bracelet, to represent more than one illness/cause.
There is no limit to how these bracelets can be custom made to fit any need.
The bracelets can be worn as remembrance bracelets, for those loved ones who lost the fight or to show support for a loved one still battling.
The bracelets are a great way to spread awareness and show unity in support groups. They're cost-effective for fundraisers too. (contact us for deep discounts)

4 out of 5 starsI love these bracelets. They hold up well. The only thing is the pink on the heart is already coming off.

Frequently asked questions
BRACELET SIZING
To find your bracelet size, measure your wrist just above the wrist bone (towards your elbow).
Snug, but not too tight. Then add 1/2 inch to that number.
That is your bracelet size.
