Wanted to like this because it's raw silk but it's a bit too small for my head, doesn't cover all my hair and unfortunately doesn't feel secure or tight enough. And the fabric is on the light side so doesn't feel like it can absorb a whole lot...

Items are better than expected. Seller packaged items beautifully, in case someone wants them as gifts. Great to deal with.

I got this to use as a face towel and it's a great size for that - a little bigger than strictly necessary which adds to the sense of luxury. The fabric is very soft, and the terry construction is much faster at absorbing than the woven silk towels I've used in the past. It's a delicate material and therefore will require care when cleaning. I've only washed it once so far – in a lingerie bag in the washing machine before air drying – but it seems to have survived this reasonably well (a few of the terry loops loosened – not a problem for my purposes). If you want to fully maximize the lifespan and/or appearance of the towel you may prefer to hand wash it. The shipment came within the estimated time window, and – for those considering gifting – the product came nicely packaged in a flat box with a ribbon around it.

The Dress looks very pretty, the silk feels soft, but sturdy, high quality. The colour is gray, but with a touch of cool blueish gray. I prefere a warmer gray. The modern version with zipper on the back is good and practical to wear. Only the collar at the back is closed, I have to cut through to open, border with silk and add 2 small snaps to close the collar part over the zipper.
