I ship my items from Zaragoza, a central part of Spain city, between Madrid and Barcelona.

Most of my items are made to order, to ensure you have a fresh new jewelry piece. Production time is typically 1 week, but it can depend on the volume of orders. If there is any delay, I will let you know immediately :) Some items might be previously made and ready to post. In that cases, it will be clearly stated on the shipping time tab of their listing.

Once your new 'baby' is ready to ship, I use to post my items everyday from Monday to Saturday through the National Spanish Postal Service, Correos. I don't want you to wait for your parcel more than I would like.

I always use a signed-for recorded method, called "Carta Certificada" (Certified Small Mail), which provides a tracking number (traceable through Correos and your national postal service, such as USPS) and an insurance of 40€ in case the parcel get lost in transit. Approximate time of delivery is 1-2 days to Spain, 5-7 days to Europe and 7-25 days for the rest of destinations, including USA, Australia, Canada, etc.

I put all my attention and love on packing the items very carefully to guarantee you receive them safe and sound.

Although my parcels are small, they might be held in strict customs. In that case I cannot be responsible for any additional charges.

If you don't receive your item in a reasonable frame of time, please, contact me and we will try to check where is it. I make, but also sell my own items, so I would never leave you unattended. I really love to speak with other people about my jewelry. You are always more than welcome to send me your messages!
