If buying from outside of the United States the buyer is solely responsible for all imposed charges at the time of delivery. Please note that each country may charge taxes, duties, import fees and other applicable charges. If you have questions please contact your local customs agency for information. Per postal regulations we will not lower price below what it was sold at and we will not mark sold items as a gift (or any other change of wording request). RETURNS - We do NOT accept returns for International orders, due to imposed fees and merchandise that is not considered new, as we only sell new fabrics and notions to our customers.

We are located in the United States. We ship to all of the United States domestic, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

*If in the rare case the Etsy/Postal shipping calculation of your order should appear abnormally high for domestic orders - Please email me through Etsy as soon as the order has been placed. *If by chance your package is lost by the USPS. Please use the tracking code provided by Etsy attached to your order. Once your package is turned over to the postal service I can assist with a track on your package, however we will not resume responsibility for packages lost by the USPS and will not replace or refund for lost merchandise.
*During holidays and USPS recognized holidays - Buyer, please order early enough to allow extra shipping days, as needed.

BY THE YARD FABRICS - Are not returnable. This is our policy due to custom cuts from the bolt and that we only sell new fabrics and are unable to sell a returned fabric.

MANUFACTURER PACKAGED FABRICS and NOTIONS -
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Each situation will individually be looked at and decided. If we would choose to accept a return it would need to be in original sealed packaging from the manufacturer, unopened. It would ship back to us at the customer's expense within, 7 days. If we refund once receiving & inspecting - your refund would be for the merchandise and tax only because we used the shipping cost to originally ship the item to you.

Electronic devices and actual coloring of products can slightly vary. We occasionally add a variation in the title and/or the description if we see something noticeable. However electronic devices or perceptions of fabric colors can be slightly different. Due to return policy and COVID-19, please make sure you are comfortable with your purchase before placing it.
