I began creating jewelry under the instruction of an amazing and inspiring friend. It first started when we used to break things in her basement and glue them on glass and pottery. Then we started stringing beads to hang over rafters and curtain rods.

I'm a Chicago native and currently reside between Chicago and Saugatuck and Traverse City, Michigan, where there is so much inspiration to create. I have quite an obsession with mid-century modern and industrial vintage. I draw inspiration for my creations from world travels, history, nature, religion, music and life experiences.

I'm always looking for unique, vintage and organic materials. Sometimes I like to mix it up with classic and girly and contemporary creations. I believe in unique over safe, crazy over bland. I love to create, if it's days of sourcing one item to walking the shoreline for driftwood..my mind is always thinking of ways to use a material and turn it into something magical.
