A Designer's Dream

Since graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, I’ve worked a in just about every possible industry from freelance to designing full time. Starting my own business has always been a dream. With a love for typography and all things pretty, creating trendy and timeless designs for special events is an endless passion. Payment
{ Proofing }

Your order includes 3 rounds of PDF proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have placed your order and submitted your wording/details. You may request changes up to 2 additional times, and then a either a final "printable/digital" file will be sent OR printing and production will begin for a print order. Additional rounds of proof requests will be subject to a design change fee of $10 per each additional round.

Full payment on your order is required before any designing begins.

What's included in the proofing process?

• Personalization of your wording
• Color changes to text, background, and some artwork (please refer to each listing)

What's NOT included in the proofing process?

• Font changes
• Major layout changes (i.e. design/artwork/etc.)
• Custom logos not already shown on the design or graphics changes
• Card size changes

{ Cancellation Policy }

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP to see if it is possible. For customized designs that require proofs, you may cancel your order if you contact me before any work to your proofs have started. When you place an order and commit to using my services, I immediately begin adding your personalized options to the proofs. The design process is included in the pricing of our stationery and after it has been completed the order cannot be refunded.

For printed items, once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order. Please make sure to review your digital proofs very carefully to prevent any printed errors.
Shipping

Template Proofs: Digital proofs will be emailed within 2-3 business days (M-F) of placing your order and submitting all of your wording.

*Custom orders design proof turn around times may vary. Please message for details*

Printing: Printing takes up to 5 business days depending on order size, quantity, and current production schedule. Please contact first if you would like to add a *rush fee* to your order.

{ Domestic Shipping (within US) }

All stationery ships flat, carefully packaged and ready for assembly upon arrival. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which arrives within 2-3 business days (M-F). Express mail and overnight options are available for *rush orders*. Please inquire.

{ International Shipping }

Please inquire about our International Shipping costs based on your information.

***Lost / Delayed / Damaged Shipments***
In the rare occurrence your package does not arrive, does not arrive as scheduled or is damaged when arrives please contact me ASAP. Once the package leaves the shop and is in the possession of the USPS it is out of my control. Tracking numbers are provided with every order and fully insured (unless otherwise noted), therefore every order can be replaced if lost/damaged/etc., however returns/refunds will not be accepted. Please reference our processing time and allow yourself enough time when ordering. Shipping times can vary slightly so please allow yourself a buffer of time in case of delay (weather, damage, or loss), or request Express shipping. Replacements will be handled as quickly as possible. I love happy customers and will gladly replace any damaged or defective stationery!
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of stationery design, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

We are not responsible for misspellings or errors in wording in approved proofs, so be sure to check your proofs over carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar.

Exchange requests based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not perfectly match what you see on your monitor.

For "printable" designs, be sure to test print your proofs that are emailed to you on the paper and printer you will be using for your final prints. For printed designs, the colors shown on our custom color swatch card will be close to your final designs, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors may vary slightly and may not match perfectly. Please inquire about a custom color swatch card which can be purchased and mailed to you for $5 (including shipping).

We carefully check each order prior to shipping, but if there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly fix it for you. We strive to provide the best quality in design and customer service and greatly appreciate your business!
