When will my order arrive?

When placing your order, you will be given an estimated shipping and arrival date. These dates are simply estimates from the shipping provider (USPS or FedEx). There is a high possibility of a shipping delay when placing an order around a busy shopping time of year, like Christmas. If you wish to have expedited shipping, message before ordering so we can set that up!

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is the time needed to create your item. Each item has a different processing time. Please be sure to read all of the listing information before making your purchase. Some items are created in 1-3 business days and some need 1-2 weeks. The processing time does not include shipping time. Once an order is fully processed (created) the shipping process begins. You will be notified in an automated email message to the email address you provided when placing your order on Etsy when your item has shipped. Shipping times are dependent on the shipping carrier. An estimate of the shipping time is given when placing your order. Shipping delays can occur during high volume ship times, such as the Christmas holiday.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your hand made piece, you can return your piece for a refund. My refund policy is as such:

1) Contact me within 3 days of delivery with an explanation and photos of the item and shipping box. All items are shipped with a tracking number so I will know when your item arrives. Photos are required no matter the condition of the item and shipping box.

2) Allow 24 hours for me to reply and approve the return

3) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be marked as shipped with tracking and insurance by the 7th day after the item was delivered to the customer's door.
