Welcome to Clare's Custom Studio, where you'll find luxury handcrafted seasonal and year long wreaths and home decor.

I encourage you to favorite my shop on Etsy, as well as follow me on my social media platforms on Instagram and Facebook @clarescustomstudio, as you can be the first to know when an item is activated and available for ordering.

From now until further notice, here are my current shop policies and standards:

* All fine art and home decor pieces featured in my shop are hand crafted and made by me in my home studio. I use the highest quality materials, processes, and construction to ensure your hand made pieces last for years to come! Each item has more specific and detailed information in the items description/details.

* Everything I create in my shop, being that they are all hand made pieces, are therefore each unique and original. Even duplicate items with a "stock" are still one of a kind in their own way. Yes, very slight differences can occur, but not to the integrity of the composition and design of the item.

* When placing your order, you will be given an estimated shipping and arrival date. These dates are simply estimates from the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Again, processing time is the time it takes for the order to be made; shipping time is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your order. Shipping delays will occur during peak shopping times, like Christmas. If you prefer a faster shipping method, you have the option to upgrade at your own expense. I typically ship my packages UPS Ground Saver or USPS ground or priority. If you prefer an alternate shipping carrier, please message me and I will do my best to honor your request, although no promises!

* I do accept returns, but I am very strict about my policies for the respect and integrity of the customer/seller relationship. Please be sure you are familiar with my return policies before purchasing. Upon purchasing your item, you acknowledge and agree to these policies, so do not purchase if you do not agree to my shop policies.

* Once your item arrives, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to message me with your detailed concerns, as well as share photos of both the item and the shipping box no matter condition of either. In order for your return to be accepted, these photos must be submitted. It is the responsibility of the customer for return shipping. A full refund will be submitted after the item arrives in the same condition as it did when it left the studio.

* As always, if you are thrilled with your hand made art piece from my shop, please feel free to write a favorable review with a photo as this is so very helpful to other Etsy shoppers who are inspired by these "in use" photos.

* If you need to message me about anything, feel free! I work part time and I may not be able to provide an immediate reply, but you will receive a reply within 24 hours of your message.
