How Do I Access My Download?
After completing your purchase, Etsy will send you an email with a link to download your files.
Alternatively, log in to your Etsy account and navigate to the "Purchases and Reviews" section. Make sure you’re logged into the account used to make the purchase.
Locate your order and click "Download Files" next to it. This will direct you to the Downloads page, where you can access all the files included with your order.
You can also return to the item’s listing page, where an "Instant Download" link should appear next to the item.
Important Note:
Downloads are not available through the Etsy app. To access your files, please log in using a mobile browser or computer.
When Will I Receive My Downloads After Purchase?
Your templates will be available for download immediately after your payment is processed. All products are delivered via instant download.
How Do I Access the Templates in Canva?
After downloading the provided PDF file, click on the links included in the document. These links will redirect you to Canva, where you can edit your templates directly.
I Made the Purchase but Can’t Download the Templates. What Should I Do?
Etsy reviews all payments to ensure transactions are legitimate and to protect buyers and sellers from potential fraud. If you receive a notification about a processing order, it means Etsy is reviewing your transaction.
Orders are typically processed within 72 hours. Once the order is confirmed, you’ll receive access to the download link.

Do I Need a Canva Pro Account?
No, all templates are fully compatible with Canva’s free version. A Pro account is not required.
I’ve Never Used Canva Before. How Do I Download and Share the Templates on Social Media?
Once you’ve customised your templates, click the ‘Download’ button in the top-right corner of the Canva screen. Select your preferred file format (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF) and download the template to your device.
Alternatively, you can select ‘Share on Social’ to upload your design directly to your chosen platform by following Canva’s instructions.
If you’re new to Canva, it’s beginner-friendly and free to use. Create a free account and explore online tutorials to familiarise yourself with the platform before purchasing.
Can I Edit the Templates in Photoshop? How Long Do I Have Access to Them?
These templates are designed exclusively for Canva and cannot be edited in Photoshop or other design software. They are not provided in PSD format.
You’ll have lifetime access to the templates, allowing you to revisit, edit, and download them as often as needed.
Can I Use PowerPoint Instead of Canva?

Apple ID / Apple Pay Users
If you used Apple Pay or signed in with your Apple ID and cannot locate your order or did not receive an email receipt, please read below:
When signing into Etsy through the app, you might have selected the "Hide My Email" option, which generates a random email address to protect your personal email. As a result, the order receipt was sent to this random email address instead of your personal one.
If you cannot find your order by logging into Etsy through a web browser, please message me on Etsy, and I’ll assist you. Etsy support can also help locate your order.
