1 out of 5 starsthe bottle is beautiful yes and it did get to me with a few days to spare BUT was not informed that the spray part of the bottle was broken off, the bottle was not cleaned on the outside(i can understand the inside not being cleaned out), and just to nitpick the packaging was filled with broken pieces of Styrofoam and ripped up cardboard vs packing peanuts or the equivalent. I'd rather see newspaper/tissue paper as a packing method than what was received. the whole point in buying this bottle was to put a perfume I made for my mother for mothers day.

I honestly did not know the bottle was not functional, as it has only ever been a display piece. I would have gladly checked into this had I known of the intended purpose. All I knew was that it was wanted before a certain date. I do my best to list items correctly but sometimes mistakes get made and honestly I never thought to even look at the sprayer. Also I use recycled and reused packing materials to keep shipping and handling costs down and to reduce my landfill contribution. I focus on packing functionality (ie not breaking glass during shipping) and low costs over aesthetics. I'm very sorry you were displeased with your transaction.
