Custom Cut Items & Kits are not returnable

I work hard to bring you accurate descriptions of each item. Please inquire before purchase if you have a question.

Items are packaged in cello bags presented nicely. We do not offer gift wrapping services.

Digital, Downloadable, & paper Patterns are not returnable. Please be sure you know how to download a file and retrieve it from your computer as we will not be available to assist with this process. Please follow guidelines on use of these patterns as we respect artists development of such.

We strive to ship same or next day and if there will be a variance we will let you know. We can't stress enough the importance of staying tuned to your Etsy messages so we can reach out should we need to. We ship fast and orders are shipped in the order in which they are received,

The only way for us to get away is to extend shipping times or take a short shop vacation so if you see this notice there will be information regarding our return (we are never gone far or long).

We reserve the right to bill for additional shipping charges as necessary as it is nearly impossible to take all of our offerings into consideration when pricing shipping. We will create a reserved listing for amount due and send a link to pay in your messages. We will charge for the exact amount due if your order requires more postage or insurance due to value or weight.

There will be a 10% restocking fee on items returned unless it is by fault of us where an incorrect item was shipped. Buyer pays for return postage and to insure or not insure is at buyer's risk. If shipping charges were included we will deduct actual shipping charges incurred.

Many of our items are custom cut therefore we adhere to this policy. The process is timely and requires multiple administrative and accounting steps taking time away from our fast shipping and the customer service we offer prior to the sale.

WHY A $10 ORDER MINIMUM

Because we can't ship at a loss. At $10 we at least break even. I know it doesn't seem possible, but we have turned the math upside down. I work too hard to work for nothing as our thread lines require a LOT of attention to detail and the ordering and stocking is very involved, not to mention cutting fabric. We understand if this is a deal breaker for you.
