Where can I print my digital art?
Recommended online print services:
US-based printing service: finerworks.com / mpix.com
Canada based printing service: posterjack.ca / pictorem.com / henrysphotocentre.com
UK-based printing service: theprintspace.co.uk
For print service website questions, please reach out to their support team for assistance.
You can also print at local copy centers such as Walgreens, etc. Upload online or save your files to a USB drive to bring with you.
While we highly recommend a professional printing service, if you choose to print using a home printer, please note color outcome and quality can vary. We are not able to offer home printer technical support.
What type of paper should I choose?
A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is a perfect budget-friendly choice.
Premium archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture will result in the most authentic vintage art reproductions.
Can I get a custom size?
We provide one free resize per design from any printable art listing. We do not resize TV art listings. If you require a different size than what is included, please message me first to see if the custom size can be accommodated. Our turnaround time is currently 48 hours to send the custom size file/s via a personal Dropbox link through Etsy messaging.
Can I use your artwork for commercial use?
Classic Print Art Artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
You are not permitted to use, share or distribute our digital files or reproduce them for commercial use or resale in any form. You are not permitted to use our artwork to edit or make changes to, then in turn use for commercial use or resale in any form. Each Classic Print Art design has been carefully remastered in-house and includes unique artistic touches that make our designs exclusive to Classic Print Art under artistic copyright.
Where can I find picture frames?
The frames used in our shop listings are product photos and are not physical frames that are sold. However, the US-based sited listed below has some beautiful frame collections.

I can't find my download notification email / Etsy receipt
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com (not the Etsy app on a mobile device) and go to "Your account".
Go to "Purchases and reviews".
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download: message on the images for the item.
There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
I'm having trouble downloading my files.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us so we can help.

To access your digital files from your account:
From a WEB BROWSER (not the Etsy app), sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Please be familiar with where your files are saved on your device or computer.
Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy.com on your mobile browser or a computer.
If you checked out as a GUEST, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. This email may have been filtered into your email s
