What's your return/exchange policy?
Return Policy
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on classicrockcouture.com for return or exchange.
Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Please order the item you need, and return the original purchase. You will be refunded once received. We sell out of items fast, so that is why we prefer not to swap items out. Your order of the new item insures you get the size/color you need.
My package was unclaimed overseas. My package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing items that have been safely delivered according to tracking, or for reshipping unclaimed packages overseas.
My international order was lost. What do I do?
Seller is not responsible for any lost international orders. In the event of a lost package, the buyer must file a claim directly with Etsy using the following link. You will need your order number to file the claim.

Who is responsible for the shipping and duties fees if my package was lost or unclaimed?
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and duty fees associated with the lost or unclaimed package.
What happens if my package is sent back to seller?
Seller can re-ship the item at the buyers expense or refund the cost of the item minus any applicable fees and shipping cost associated with the order.
What happens if I am requesting a return after Etsy's refund window has passed?
Any refunds requested after Etsy's refund window has closed may be eligible for store credit or a partial refund.
