Custom and personalized orders
YES, We are open to custom orders, if you have an idea or a special request, feel free to contact us. We look forward to working together so you could receive a unique piece tailored to your wishes
Care instructions
Do not wet your new polymer clay accessories.
Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or sprays on/around them.
If they become dirty, you can use a damp clean cloth and gently wipe the surface.
If your piece is hand painted, simply wipe with a dry clean cloth or cotton ear swab.
When not in use, store polymer clay jewelry in a box or a separate compartment.
Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching the surface.
Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Polymer clay is very lightweight and durable but make sure not to bend.
This will help with the preservation of each handmade piece.

What items can't be returned?
All sales on custom items and sale items are final. We do not accept returns on these products. Damaged items due to use or mishandling cannot be returned
Delivery / Shipping issues
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect address.
- Package stolen after delivered in Mailbox.
- Any time delay due to customs, weather, strikes, saturation etc...
Post office mistakes and failures are out of our control and is not a reflection of our level of dedication to my customers. The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help out each customer to try and locate the package. If your package has not arrived a month after it has shipped please contact us.
Custom and personalized orders
All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Custom orders have a processing time of 4-10 business days. The processing time does NOT include shipping times. U.S. Orders over $35 will ship free (does not include International shipping).
Please keep in mind while purchasing that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates, so plan for 2-4 weeks processing and shipping time, considering that I ship from Georgia (the country in Europe), which can contribute to variations in the exact shipping duration
You will receive a tracking number for your package as soon as your order is shipped. It may take up few days until the tracking is active
