What's the difference between your 3D prints and someone elses?
We exclusively use PLA Pure from Bambu Lab. As the safety benchmark of Bambu Lab filaments, PLA Pure has passed three international safety standards:
UL GREENGUARD Certification
EU Regulation No. 10/2011
EN 71-3, under the EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC
Are your prints water tight?
Due to layer lines, printed parts are not suitable for holding liquid or liquid food. Because of PLA's properties, do not expose printed parts to temperatures above 60°C.
How should I care for the printed part?
Under standard indoor conditions (temperature 18–26°C, relative humidity 40–60%), with no direct sunlight and no continuous external load, the expected service life of PLA Pure printed part can exceed 1 year, during which its appearance and mechanical properties generally remain stable. Actual durability depends on part geometry, frequency of use, and specific application environment. The above is an estimate under ideal conditions only.
What are the ingredients of PLA Pure?
PLA Pure adopts a pure and simple formula, composed of only five ingredients:
Polylactic Acid (PLA) derived from natural corn and sugarcane;
Acrylate copolymer, commonly used in children's toys;
Colorants, commonly used in baby dinnerware;
Ethylene bis stearamide(EBS), widely used in food cling wrap;
Asbestos-free talc, a common ingredient in eco-friendly biodegradable straws.
