How do I download my files after I buy?
You'll get access right after checkout. Signed-in buyers can find files under "Purchases and Reviews" on Etsy ("Download Files"). Guests get a download link by email. Downloads don't work inside the Etsy app, so please use a browser.
Do I have to print at home?
No. Every file prints cleanly at a copy shop or online printing service too. Just select "actual size" (not "fit to page") in the printer settings.
Can I share the files with a family member?
Each purchase is a single-user license, so please don't forward the files, but feel free to send them a link to the shop.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files are delivered instantly, so sales are final. If a download isn't working, message me first and I'll sort it out.
